Restaurant Moby Dick in Baltrum

Food good, prices typical of the island, service attentive and friendly, atmosphere is really good.

Not only do they have a very good burger and very fast and nice service. The interior has been chosen with an incredible amount of attention to detail.

I have to break a lance for the restaurant. It is very tastefully decorated. You almost feel as if you are inside a polling boat and think Ahab is close by. The food was very good and the portions also decent. The staff was always friendly. The only drawback: the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m. You could pay with an EC card. A must visit when you are on Baltrum. Unfortunately now in the winter break

Great sailor ambience "below deck", harmonious, cozy. Service friendly and fast. Food very tasty. Best fried potatoes on the island (sample of 3 restaurants ;-)). Large portions, but the quality is still right. Very neat Pils from a family-run private brewery (Stauder). Priced at the island level. Edit 10/2020: most of the above is true without reservation, but new chef, new menu. The portions are no longer so exuberant, but very sufficient. No more fried potatoes (very unfortunate!). Food is still good. Snapshot: processes don't fit. Takes a long time, not eating at the table at the same time. The good beer sweetens the wait.

Unfortunately nowhere near what it used to be.

Delicious. I haven't had such a delicious meal as here in a long time. Even side dishes that I often don't like taste excellent here. The ambience is great, the waiters friendly and humorous. Everything perfect. We'll be back this week.

Great team, excellent food and ambience!

The ambience is very special (inside like a ship) with loving details. The service was particularly attentive and friendly. The burgers were delicious! Could be improved: there was only salad mayo with the fries.

Delicious food, filling portions and a nice service. You can also go here with children, as decorations matching the name invite you to explore.

An incredibly good restaurant. There are large portions, very nice service and cheap drinks ... The citizens are the tastiest there are! Definitely love to come back.

A restaurant with a nice great sailor ambience and friendly service. How were with 7 adults and 2 children eat here. The menu does not match the local menu but there is also more choice on the menu. There is a large selection of children's dishes where there is something for every child. We all got our food at the same time. Unfortunately the steaks were too much through even though we wanted them medium. But in terms of taste it was top. The burgers are very big and also taste very delicious. We were all very satisfied. The prices are acceptable for an island restaurant with a lot of tourism.

The best plaice on the island, great ambience and warm staff, which leads the restaurant with passion. The only criticism: it is awfully warm inside.

I have probably wanted a bad day, so I make no comment. If it is the restaurant Moby Dick, we have been there at least once every year on vacation and we have always liked it very much, so we have always recommended it. But what happened yesterday, I would like to forget quickly. Pity

Best restaurant on the island

Super tasty and friendly. Portions big enough. Best value for money on the island as a restaurant. I haven't found a better one, all other more expensive or smaller portions. Therefore 5 x thumbs up. If you want good food at a great price, you should come here.
